• Personal Details: Full Name, Mobile Phone Number, and Email Address (collected during account registration or Google OAuth login).
• Delivery Address & Location: Doorstep pickup/delivery address, street details, and approximate or precise GPS coordinates (only when permitted by you) to allow our delivery riders to reach your location.
• Order Details: Garment items selected, service categories (Wash & Fold, Dry Clean, Steam Ironing), special laundry care notes, weight measurements, and order history.
• Device & Notification Data: Device model, OS version, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) push notification tokens to send order status updates.

2 How We Use Your Information

• Fulfilling Orders: Scheduling doorstep garment pickup and return delivery by assigned delivery partners.
• Real-time Order Updates: Sending push notifications and SMS alerts regarding order confirmation, rider arrival, garment weighing, washing, and dispatch.
• Customer Support: Responding to inquiries, order modifications, and resolving service feedback.
• Account Management & Security: Authenticating users via secure SMS OTP or Google Sign-In and protecting against fraudulent activity.

3 Information Sharing & Disclosure

We never sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We only share information in the following limited circumstances:

• With Delivery Riders: Your name, phone number, and address are shared only with the assigned Wash N Care delivery rider solely for the duration of pickup and delivery.
• Service Providers: Google Firebase (cloud hosting, database, and authentication) adhering to strict enterprise security standards.
• Legal Requirements: If required by Indian law, regulation, or legal subpoena.

4 Data Security & Retention

We use industry-standard HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data transmissions and Google Cloud Firestore security rules to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

5 Data Deletion & User Rights

You have the right to access, review, update, or delete your account data at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, email us at washncare16625@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and your registered mobile number. Requests are processed within 7 business days.

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
